HVCA has hired a professional “CalTrans” retiree to clear all trails for FIRE TRUCK Accessibility.  You will see him on the trails with a RED Excavator going down all the inner valley trails and clearing up trees and bushes to all the trails to allow for the passage of a fire truck.
