Irrigation Supply Outages

An email notification was recently sent out to everyone providing information regarding irrigation service on the Stallman Canal. Canal cleaning and maintenance is essential for the reliability of the system and completion of this project will help serve us better. Expect service interruptions April 12TH through the 15TH and April 18TH through the 21ST between 6AM and 10PM. Outage times are approximate. Irrigation Usage Alert

HVCA Members,
California is experiencing the driest January – March period on record.  

It is understandable the quantity of irrigation water used by members has greatly increased, but it is exceeding our allotment of canal water.  At the current rate of consumption, we only have a few days remaining before we can no longer pump irrigation water from Oak Lake.

Effective immediately, we are asking all members to turn off their automatic sprinkler systems and only water as absolutely needed and then for as short a period of time as possible.
